Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place the unworn sneakers back in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
